Being around small children is and always was very natural for me. Even while growing up myself, I was always helping to care for my two younger brothers.
My professional childcare career started in 2002 and since then I have been working full time with small children, especially with babies, as a nanny, maternity nurse or nursery nurse. I have experience taking care of single babies, twins, triplets and siblings of different ages.
I live and work in Switzerland but attained all my qualifications in England. I hold CACHE Certificate in Early Years Practice, Maternity Practitioner Award and have attended many other courses, including Care of Multiples, Breastfeeding and Sleep Training. I am also a certified Developmental Baby Massage teacher. I have updated my First Aid knowledge in Switzerland. Further education is very important to me and there are always courses on my “to do” list.
Having worked for many international families, I have learned to listen to their individual needs. Each family is unique and I always try to stay as flexible as possible to offer the best service. It could be practical advice, words of encouragement or simply allowing mum some free time.
Photography is my other great passion and I am happy to offer professional photo sessions to expecting and new parents.
I am a very calm and warm person. I have a happy personality and a lot of patience. I enjoy working with small children and helping new parents to enjoy their babies
